Booking and Reservations

Booking Confirmation

• • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for check-in
• • Advance payment may be required to secure your reservation
• • Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges

Check-in and Check-out

• • Check-in: 2:00 PM
• • Check-out: 12:00 PM
• • Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and charges
• • Guest registration required as per government regulations

Payment Terms

• • Payment accepted via cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments
• • All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
• • Additional charges for services will be clearly communicated
• • Security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon checkout
• • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations

• • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% charge of total booking amount
• • No-show or same-day cancellation: 100% charge

Peak Season and Events

• • Different cancellation terms may apply during peak seasons
• • Event bookings may have specific cancellation policies
• • All cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at booking

Guest Responsibilities

• • Respect for other guests, staff, and resort property
• • Compliance with resort rules and local laws
• • Responsibility for any damage caused to resort property
• • Adherence to safety guidelines and instructions
• • Proper use of facilities and amenities
• • Environmental consciousness in line with our sustainability goals

Resort Policies

Safety and Security

• • Swimming and water activities at your own risk
• • Children must be supervised by adults at all times
• • Use of safety equipment mandatory for adventure activities
• • Resort not liable for loss of personal belongings

Environmental Policy

• • Plastic-free environment - bring reusable water bottles
• • Respect for wildlife and natural habitat
• • Participation in our sustainability initiatives encouraged
• • Noise levels to be kept considerate of nature and other guests

Liability Limitations

The Glen Woods Resort shall not be liable for:

• • Acts of nature, weather conditions, or natural disasters
• • Personal injury due to negligence or non-compliance with safety guidelines
• • Loss or damage to personal property
• • Cancellation or modification of services due to circumstances beyond our control
• • Third-party services or activities not directly operated by the resort

Force Majeure

The resort shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other extraordinary events. Alternative arrangements or refunds will be considered based on circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
